We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this small hotel. the breakfast was generous with homemade sweet bakery and homemade peanut butter, perfect to start our day.

Super setting, it's near Medan, close from center yet outside of city, the LOVELY, quiet, greenery, and 2 mosques both using amplified automated electronic prayers starting at 5am.

A brilliant base for exploring Medan. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Easy access to Kuala Namu International airport, within 19 miles...

The hotel's location near the lake was lovely, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, offering additional tips.

Convenient suburban location - being close to wisata merci just 3 km away was a highlight for me! the room was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials I needed. 🌿

Beautiful scenery with a lake, jungle plants and a view over the landscape. A winding road takes you down to the beautiful hotel. A professional polite atmosphere. A luxurious and clean atmosphere. Nice beautiful rooms. The staff provided mosquito spray. Tasty breakfast with great tables. Visually stunning. Great swimming pool.

A small tv, playgrounds outside the window. The menu was very dull and the food was ok but boring and overpriced. Bad isolation in between the rooms. A hotel that does not stick out and suits everyone. Taxi drivers overpriced you when finding out what hotel you stayed at. The hotel staff made us pay a taxi driver for our own trip back to the airport + the newly arrived guest coming later that day (We found out by finding the bill in the taxi and talk to the driver) The water in the shower was brown. The hotel is far away from the town and airport.

We recently stayed at Hotel Deli River and had a wonderful experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even cooked our favorite meal, which wasn't on the menu. the pool was available for swimming despite receiving an email about maintenance, and we were able to relax on the porch surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation. Diana, one of the staff members, was especially helpful in assisting us with our travel arrangements. we booked a car with the excellent driver Nesib, who showed us around and made our four-day trip memorable. We were impressed by how hard the staff worked to please their customers, making it one of the best hotel experiences we've had. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about our stay at Hotel Deli River. 😊.

The service here is excellent, the experience was great, and the location is perfect just 1 mile away from Taman Wisata Merci.
